We <3

We <3

In every product development team, there should be at least one ambassador for the end-users. We want to know how they think, feel and what they need, so we can make products that truly matter to them.

We have a strong focus on creating value for the end-user and client. Besides working on the technical development of a product, we want to be in touch with end-users from day one by using interviews and workshops.

We listen to end-users, which might not always what you want to hear – but if they’re saying it. Let’s work with it!

We like to get our hands dirty by setting up pilot tests, so we can test the prototypes in the field – with real people.

  • Mapping of stakeholders, personas, existing use scenarios and rituals
  • Wireframes, infographics and schematics
